To receive a volunteer registration pack email Ed or Sandra at youth-advisor@bhvolunteers.org.ukThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or give us a call on 01273 234779 to request one. We will send your pack to you within a week.

It will contain:

• Short application form

• Monitoring form

• Volunteer development plan

• v logbook to record your hours and volunteering placement details

• Additional hours sheets

• Information regarding health and safety and Equal opportunities

• Pre-paid envelopes

• Volunteer agreement

• Feedback form

You then return the application together with the monitoring forms and the volunteer development forms in the pre-paid envelope provided.

Use the logbook to record your hours. When you stop volunteering or you have completed 50 hours or more, send us your completed logbook and any additional hour’s forms (please ensure that hours are signed off by the volunteer co-ordinator at your placement). Also, please return the feedback form and any additional information which you feel will relate to your volunteering. We can then issue you with your national v certificate.
